Canberra born and bred, Angie grew up playing hockey and sprinting competitively, and has continued her love of exercise by enjoying gym classes and being kept on her toes by her adventure loving, active six year old daughter. Angie completed high school in America, gained tertiary education and business course qualifications in Australia, then moved to the United Kingdom to work and pursue travels around the World. With over 20yrs experience working in variety of private enterprises, big five, federal government and charity employment services, Angie has experience working alongside all levels of staff and stakeholders and dealing compassionately with all walks of life. It was in her previous role of Practice Manager in an Allied Health business that Angie discovered her passion for people, and her love of supporting clients and practitioners in pursuit of their business, health and wellness paths. Recently returning to work after a much loved time raising her child, Angie is excited to study a Diploma of Counselling at the Australian Institue of Professional Counsellors whilst returning to work part time and pursuing a role as Practice Manager alongside the amazing team at Drop of Life Psychology. Her favourite Napolean Hill saying is “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve.” This simple statement reminds us of the power within each and every one of us. By directing our mind in the path we wish it to go, we determine our ultimate destiny. Angie can be found in her spare time enjoying adventures and cherishing time well spent with her family and friends.
