Vicki is registered as a general psychologist who has 30 years’ experience working with a diverse range of clients across the life span. Vicki enjoys working with adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, workplace injuries, work-life balance, and substance misuse. Vicki has also worked in schools for 14 years and has a particular interest in treating school age children and adolescents with anxiety. She values working collaboratively with parents and teachers to facilitate positive outcomes for her younger clients. She is also well versed in psychometric assessments across the life span.
Vicki uses a range of treatments and interventions, some of which include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Expressive Therapies and Brief Solution Focused Therapies. She is a highly empathic and collaborative clinician who welcomes the opportunity to journey with her clients in ways that help them discover their inner strengths and resources to navigate successfully towards a more authentic and fulfilled life.
