I am a compassionate and collaborative Registered Psychologist who tailors my approach to support you through your unique journey. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science, First Class Honours in Psychology, and a Master of Clinical Psychology.
I bring 10+ years of experience across the health sector, including work in youth and disability support, therapy, psychological research, and teaching psychology courses at Griffith University. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, and my own yoga and meditation practices inform my therapeutic work through a strong interest in the mind–body connection and somatic presentations.
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory, and I integrate approaches such as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Schema Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities to provide holistic, responsive care.
I work with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, burnout, life transitions, grief, somatic symptoms, relationship and sexual concerns, neurodivergence, and challenges related to LGBTQIAP+, CALD, and First Nations identities. My practice is neuroaffirming and a safe, inclusive space for all sexual, relational, and cultural identities.
Outside of my work, I am deeply connected to nature. When I’m not surfing, swimming, or diving, you’ll likely find me hiking, bouldering, tending to the veggie patch, or advocating for environmental protection and social justice.
I am available for in-person or telehealth Monday and Wednesday
