I'm a registered psychologist, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and twin mum with a passion for helping people navigate the messy, beautiful, and often overwhelming parts of life.
My approach is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative. I work with adults and couples across a range of areas, including anxiety, trauma (both little ‘t’ and big ‘T’), ADHD, relationship struggles, identity issues, perinatal mental health, depression, burnout and, all those things in between they don't quite fit into a label.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, and psychodynamic principles, while weaving in a holistic approach utilises mind-body tools from my background in trauma yoga and mindfulness.
Sessions with me often include a mix of humour, depth, gentle challenge, and a whole lot of real talk, because healing doesn’t always look polished, and that’s okay.
Outside the therapy room, I’m usually chasing after my toddler twins, drinking strawberry matcha (loving this trend!), and reminding myself to practice the same self-compassion I encourage in my clients
